It’s Tuesday inspiration day with Amazing Paper Grace Dies. The Seasonal Label Motifs Collection by Becca Feeken at Spellbinders consists of five die sets and a sentiment stamp set, to craft elegant and timeless projects for a variety of occasions and holidays year-round. With the upcoming Christmas in my mind, I created this beautiful Christmas card with the traditional red Poinsettias. The collection can be used to adorn gift tags, Handmade cards, scrapbook pages, and many 3D gifting projects.
I have created the backgrounds by embossing the black cardstock and created a beautiful focal point using the dies from the Holiday Label Motifs Etched Dies from Seasonal Label Motifs Collection. The lamp is cut and assembled using silver mirror cardstock and backed with grey cardstock. The candle is cut in white cardstock and painted with Zig Clean Clear Marker. To create the lighted backdrop, I have lightly distressed the largest die set with Wild Honey Distress Ink.
The card is adorned with beautiful handmade Poinsettias from the same die set, which I created using red cardstock. The card is further embellished using the elements from winter Label Motifs Etched Dies from Seasonal Label Motifs
Finally, I framed the card panel using Fluted Classics Rectangles Etched Dies from the Fluted Classics Collection and added a gold heat embossed sentiment from Seasonal Motif Sentiments Clear Stamp Set from Seasonal Label Motifs Collection on a vellum strip to complete the card.
