Good Evening Friends….

Painting MFT stamps with my all-time favorite Zig Clean Clear Brush Markers is something that me and my daughter always enjoy. Today, I m sharing a shadow box card created using MFT Farm Friends. The shadow box is all hand-cut and painted using distress inks. The sweet little birdies are from Jungle Gym. All the painted images were first stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink and then painted with Zig Brush Markers. These were then hand-cut using sharp scissors. The main window of the shadow box was created using Memory Box Arabian Frame Die. I was hoarding this die past many years and got to use it now. I love the window size it created with its negative. The ample space gave me chance to play with lots of images to create this warm and fuzzy scene.

Loads of the scene building MFT dies have been used in creating this highly dimensional shadow box card like, Grassy Fields Die-namics. Birch Tree Die-namics , Stitched Cloud Edges Die-namics (used for creating sky in the backdrop), and Sunny Skies Die-namics.

The Fence is created using Fence and Hills Die from Die Cuts and More.

Thanks for dropping by and leaving love.

Rajni, your work is simply outstanding! And your coloring is gorgeous! I wanted to ask if you prefer the Zig brush markers instead of copics? I don’t know what to start buying.

Thanks for dropping by and appreciating my work.
I m more comfortable using watercolor mediums. Zig Brush Markers are waterbased and works great for me. Copics are alcohol medium colors. Though I have a good collection of these in my stash as well, I still need to practice them a lot. If you are a fresher, watch a few videos and see what medium you will enjoy more. It takes little time, patience and practice to work with any medium but once you get hooked to them, you really will start painting with the flow. Hope that helps. Happy Crafting, Friend!!
