Happy Wednesday!!

Thanks for dropping by again!! Here in India, we are caught up with the second wave of Covid 19 and once again we are home arrest. Daily routines and getting back to normal feels more difficult than earlier. The Covid case are increasing rapidly now.

To bring myself back to crafty mojo, I have this special wishes card to share using Sweet Magnolias and Lilacs. Hope this card of mine inspires you to create something handmade for your loved ones.

Other Products Used: Die Cutting Machine, Score Board, Bone Folder, Smooth White Cardstock, Scissors, Rangers White Heat Embossing Powder, Heat gun, Hero Arts White Pigment Ink.

Instructions: The ready side fold card measures, 5 ½” 8”. Cut a decorative gate in white and Luxe Gold Cardstock using Lattice Swirl Gateway Die. Glue a golden die-cut, behind the white one to create little shadows. Create a panel from the pattern paper collection ¼” smaller on all four sizes. Stamp the sentiment with Magenta Stazon in the open space of the gate die.

Stamp a few mix sized magnolias on Deluxe flower shaping paper using Rose Madder Archival ink and color them using the same ink. Cut the florals using their coordinating dies and shape them using a coordinating mold. Make 2 petal flowers and add prills to their centers.
Also, stamp and shape few smaller-sized leaves from the same set using leaf green and Olive green archival inks.

Stamp a few florals from Lush Lilac die using White pigment ink on Rajni Chawla’s Vellum cardstock, sprinkle white heat embossing powder, and dust extras. Heat set the flowers and cut them using its coordinating die. Color them and shape them on the needle tool and add prills to the centers.

Once all the elements are ready, assemble the card as shown and finish the card by adding some sparkle.
