Instructions: For creating the top panel, cut a piece of white cardstock, measuring 51/2″ by 7″. Stamp a script stamp using Versamark ink and sprinkle clear heat embossing powder, Dust extras in the funnel tray and heat set using Heat Gun. Distress randomly starting from one corner with Peeled paint to the other corner using Wilted Violet. Splitz some water using mini mister and heat set. Further, choose a leafy spray from the Rain Boots and Blossoms Cling Stamp Set and stamp it using FernGreen Archival Ink. Once happy with the background, distress all the sides using distressing tool or scissors and adhere a matching pattern paper on right side top corner and fold it as shown.

Layer the prepared top panel on deep purple pattern paper, measuring 53/4″ by 71/4″. Further layer the panel on side fold card base measuring 61/4″ by 73/4″.

Cut a fancy border from 2′ wide strip of white cardstock and layer it as shown. Also, adhere a white die cut from the Decorative Medallion Die behind the corner fold.

For flowers, stamp and cut floral images from Wildwood Floral stamp and die set and paint them using Deep Grape Color Box ink. Color the center with Leaf Green. Shape the flowers using Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit and add Rock Candy Stamens. Also, stamp various leafy images from the Singing in the Rain Collection and paint them using Broken China, Peeled Paint, Rusty Hinge and Raspberry Pink. Shape them using flower shaping kit and add prills using an adhesive that dries clear.

For Rain Boots, stamp the images with Black Archival and color them using Faber Castle Poly Chromes.

Once all the elements are ready, shape the boots and slit them on the top. Assemble a small bouquet of flowers and various accents on the left-hand side base of the card and a beautiful floral bouquet behind the top corner fold. Add painted butterflies and fussy cut sentiment to complete the card.

Dress all the elements and the edges of the top panel with Crystal Clear Powder using an adhesive that dries clear
