A warm welcome to my blog. It’s an inspiration Tuesday for Amazing Paper Grace. For today’s inspiration, I have this simple yet elegant card to share.

Sweet Leaf Mini Slimline Etched Dies from the Layered Fleur Bouquet Slimlines Collection by Becca Feeken creates a beautiful backdrop for my handmade daisies. The panel is first inked using the ombre blending technique using shades of green distress inks. I started blending the bottom of the panel using Pealed Paint, went half way and then started blending with Forest moss. Third shade that I used is Pine needles on the very bottom of the panel. Spritz some water and dried with heat gun. Finally cut the inked panel using Sweet Leaf Mini Slimline die.

The panel is then layered on a layer of white and gold mat cut and scored from smooth white cardstock and gold mirror cardstock. The panel, when bordered with white intricate lace cut using Scalloped Symphony Notecard Etched, Dies from Sweet Serenade Notecards Collection, added an elegant touch and the finished look to the overall look of the card.

The beautifully layered daisies made using Layered Daisies Etched Dies from the Layered Fleur Bouquet Slimlines Collection added extra elegance to the finished card.

The simple sentiment of inked and glazed Thanks completes my card. I have used Ultra thick embossing powder to glaze the sentiment.
