I’m back with two new card creations featuring the fabulous Amazing Paper Grace September Pop Up 3D Vignette Bubble Gum Machine Die of the month, DOMAPG-SEP22. When I saw this die, it took me to my happy smiles of childhood memories. When I was a child, the market near our house had a gumball machine very similar to this one, and I used to beg my dad for “just one quarter.” I loved the anticipation of waiting to see what color would land in my hand after I stuck the quarter in and turned the knob. The gumball was often larger than my mouth. Those colorful gumballs always tempted me.

There are 26 cutting dies included in the Pop Up 3D Vignette Bubble Gum Machine.
For my main project, I selected whites for the machine and highlighted it with sivers to give a real pop of colorful gum balls. Awww….what a fun card it is for a child or a candy lover like me.
I kept the card pretty simple and it turned out so adorable. I simply cut all the die cuts and embossed them to get a more finished and detailed look.
I just adore 3d vignette fold-over cards as these can be beautifully tucked in regular envelopes for mailing. And these could be beautifully popped up if displayed on their own.
For my second project, I simply assembled a card with the gumball machine as a focal point. The added texture behind the gumball machine and the framed border around it made it more adorable. I loved the way this card turned out.
