Good Morning Friends…

It’s chilling cold these days in Delhi, India. We are keeping ourselves busy in our craftroom to keep ourselves warm and cozy. Me n my daughter are enjoying creating cards using the images that we painted during the class that we took last month. It was so much fun working with Mft stamps and dies in creating this shaker card.

The shaker window of the card is created using Studio Katia Darling Ribbon and Frame Die….the only one that I have in my huge stash from this brand, actually. I bought it long back from Simon Says and was dying to use it. The MFT stamp used is Party like a Pirate. Stitched Scallop edges Die is used to create the sea waves. I really wonder why I missed using my wave die when I was having it. Also, I have used Radiant Rays Stencil to create the backdrop. I have stacked few cutouts of the anchor and created chipboard myself added them to the scene as well as hanged with a twine for an extra interest. and added them All the images are painted using Zig Clean Clear Brush Markers and are fussy cut using sharp scissors. The sequence used as a shaker elements is from my stash which was gifted to me by my friend, Kiran Thakur.

Here are few images to show how the project looks like.

What an AMAZING pirate card!!! I love everything about it…the design…the colors and shading…the dimension…AND the quality. I’m, also, a huge MFT fan so that’s another reason to love your card. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful talent!
