Instructions: The ready top fold card measures 7 1/2” by 7 1/2″. Choose 6″ by 6″ card panel from the designer paper collection and cut the window apart. Distress all the edges using a distressing tool or a pair of scissors. Layer the window using foam dots on another piece of designer paper having the parrot image. This time keep the paper little bigger to the window. Distress all the edges as done with the window. Cut a piece of 7” by 7” from the maroon paper from the same designer collection. Distress the all the four sides. Brush all the sides with any adhesive that dries clear and sprinkle Papericious Frosty Powder. Dry it with the heat gun. Layer the paper on white cardstock, a little bigger to the marron cut piece. Now layer all the panels together with the help of Foam tapes. For embellishing the card, stamp the focal image with black archival ink on white smooth white card stock and paint with Zig clean clear brush markers. The shades used are 020, 023, 024, 040, 041, 042, 050. Add highlights with white gel pen. The image is then layered exactly on the printed image on the window base, using foam dots. For flowers, Stamp multiple images with Magenta Hue Archival and paint them using Tea Rose and Magenta Hue. Shape the with deluxe shaping kit. For Leaves stamp multiple times with Library Green and cut them using its coordinating die. Paint them using leaf green and shape using Deluxe shaping kit. Brush all the leaves and flowers with clear crackle and sprinkle Crystal Clear and Frosty Powder randomly and heat set. The pair of birds is from the designer paper itself and is cut using its coordinating die. Make them sit between the flower bouquet on the right side of the window. Mother’s Day sentiment is cut from the designer paper and distressed with the distressing tool. Add some flowers and highlight with glitter.
