Other Supplies Used: Versamark Clear Ink, Smooth White card stock, Glittered heat embossing powders, Spiced Marmalade and Peacock Feather Distress Inks, Mini Mister and Acetate Sheet

Instructions: Choose a dotted paper from the designer Paper Collection and cut to size 5 1/4″ by 7″. Mat it on white cardstock and using partial die cutting technique, cut a long window using largest tag die 1 on both the sides as shown. Glue acetate sheet behind the window using tacky tape. Create a top fold card measuring 6″ by 7 1/2″. Cut a white piece of cardstock measuring 5 1/2″ by 7 ” and create a watercolor background using peacock feather and Spiced Marmalade distress inks. Stamp the sentiment using Teal Blue Stazon Ink. Add heat embossed confetti and stamped numbers to the window and close the window with a watercolor background.

Stamp the confetti from Sprinkled Confetti Cupcakes Cling Stamp Set on white cardstock using versamark ink and heat embossed once using orange, pink and white glittered heat embossing powders. Cut all the confetti using its coordinating die.

Also cut the numbers using different colors like fuschia pink, olive green, and teal color. Also, stamp and color the images from HCPC-3843 Special Birthday Sentiments Cling Stamp Set and color them using Zig Clean Color Brush Markers. Once all the

Once all the elements are ready, assemble the card as shown and add little sparkle. Also, beautiful sentiment tags and hang them using twine.
